Frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely. The Custom Design service is a one-time add-on, independent of your plan (Free, Solo, Pro or Teams).
Your private template remains yours. To actively use it, you still need an active card account.
Yes. Each order results in a separate private template that you can select in your account.
One-time payment directly via Stripe Checkout. We accept credit card and SEPA direct debit.
Every package includes revisions. We iterate until we have used up the agreed revisions or you are satisfied.
Yes — all content (name, contact info, branding colors) stays flexible. For larger design changes you can request a new revision any time.
